Total Body Pilates is a fully equipped studio that specializes in the STOTT Pilates method. The STOTT method is a contemporary approach based on modern principles of exercise science and rehabilitation designed to restore the natural curves of the spine, re-balance muscles, and joints. STOTT Pilates emphasizes five basic principles, such as pelvic placement, scapular stabilization, and breathing which integrates all the parts of the body into one. Total Body Pilates offers private, semi-private, and group pilates classes.
