Total Body Pilates is proud of our highly qualfied and talented instructors. All coming from different fitness and professional backgrounds, they make for an excellent team of instructors that we are proud to offer to our clients.
Amanda Staehely, Pilates Instructor, Barre' Class InstructorAmanda is the owner and head Pilates Instructor at Total Body Pilates. She started Pilates 12 years ago and has been studying ever since. She is a STOTT Certified Instructor and specializes with dancers and extreme athletes. Her background in ballet includes studying with Pacific Northwest Ballet, Houston Ballet, and the School of American Ballet in New York City. She was also a company member with the Oregon Ballet Theatre before starting her studio. Her goal with Total Body Pilates is to bring a safe and effective workout to people of all ages and to make it enjoyable for everyone.
Holly Meredith (Turbokick, PiYo, and Will, Power, & Grace Instructor)Holly is an experienced Turbokick certified instructor, who trained with Bridget Frederick, the 2010 APD of the year. She has been enjoying Turbo for five years and loves teaching and sharing it with others. You will always hear her say "Exercise should be fun!!!" and she strives to make every class just that. Her energy and enthusiasm for Turbokick is contagious and people return regularly to enjoy that. She also has certification in Hip Hop Hustle and PiYo. In addition to being a group fitness instructor at Total Body Pilates, she is also a Fintess and Nutrition Coach for Beachbody. Holly is married, a mother of four young children, and enjoys living and raising her family in the Canby community.
Kristin Graybeal (Zumba Instructor)Kristin has been teaching Zumba Fitness classes since August of 2010 and had the pleasure of being certified with the one of Zumba Fitness's top education specialists, Gina Grant. Her love for Latin and international style dancing was ignited in 2004 when she studied abroad in Costa Rica and she is thrilled to share that passion her students! She also has experience as a dietary counselor and enjoys cooking, hiking, and swimming.
